Mexico: Church Planter
Opportunities
Church planters are needed to help WGM Mexico establish an indigenous church. The church will focus on reaching the whole person for Christ, training leadership immediately within the congregation, and becoming self-sustaining within four years. Church planters will have opportunities to be involved in other ministries on the field. Housing will be determined between WGM and the church, and a vehicle may be purchased if funds have been raised.
Qualifications
It is preferred that applicants have a BA in Bible and/or theology, but it is required that they have a minimum of 20 hours of Bible and/or theology classes. Applicants must also have an understanding of current missiological methods in church planting and the doctrine of entire sanctification and be able to communicate that knowledge to others.
Language Requirements
Church planters must be able to speak Spanish. Language school opportunities will be determined by the field.
