Jesus didn’t come to save those who already believed they were righteous; He came so that the lost, hurting, rejected, and abandoned would find Him and believe. If that is the heart of Jesus, why should it not be mine?

In college, the Lord opened my eyes to see the need youth have for mentors and discipleship. He has instilled in me a passion to walk through the hard places with these youth to show them that they are deeply loved by the Father and that their life has great purpose in Christ. As they encounter and are changed by the love of the Father, their lives, families, and communities will be transformed!

In Guatemala City, poverty, violence, family dysfunction, and a lack of education/resources, leave many youths vulnerable and struggling to survive, forcing them to turn to the street for life. Through partnership with Street Kids Direct, I am excited to come alongside these youth to share the love and hope of Jesus Christ who can truly change their life forever!
