Prayer Lifeline: June 2023

God is moving around the world, and things are transforming and becoming new! Will you join us in lifting specific prayer requests to our Father who is making new creations every day?

Summer Trips

In June, seven short-term teams will be traveling to Honduras, Uganda, Texas, and California. Will you pray for safe travels and for the growth of missionaries, team members, and those they will be serving on the field? God will do big things through these trips because we have faith He will, and we pray for Him to move in big ways!

1 John 5:14–15 says, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.  And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him” (NIV). 

Women’s Conference

The second Taylor Community Center women's conference is happening July 22.

Missionary Betsy Tejeda stated, “We have no doubt God is on the move and desiring to move in the hearts of us ladies who are participating in the planning, as well as the ladies (and children!) who will be attending on the day of the event. Pray for each heart to be prepared and ready to hear from Him!”

Growth of Leaders

WGM missionary leadership from all over the world will convene together for a five-day conference called IMPACT in Albania at the beginning of June. Will you pray that during this conference missionaries will receive the resources they need to be successful to grow, learn, teach, and minister in their ministry locations? 

Plentiful Harvest

Your prayers for harvest workers are being answered! Over the next few weeks, we will be interviewing several couples who are applying for long-term missionary service. Will you continue to pray for discernment for our leaders who are guiding missionaries through this process, for the provision of more missionaries, and for peace as God leads?
