As Vice President of Operations and CFO at World Gospel Mission (WGM), I draw on almost 20 years of diverse leadership and grassroots ministry experience to guide our organization's operational strategy. My driving passion is helping individuals discover the unique role they can play in the larger story God is writing around the world.

My tenure with WGM has given me a comprehensive view of our mission. What started as a seven-month stint teaching English in Bolivia as a college student evolved into a 15-year career in recruitment. Rising to Director of Recruitment, I spent years helping hundreds of people discern their calling to short-, mid-, and long-term missions. I later served as Assistant Vice President of International Ministries, focusing on executing new global initiatives and maximizing current strategies. Prior to stepping into my current executive position, I earned my MBA to further bridge my deep missional background with strong organizational and financial strategy. Today, this unique blend of grassroots knowledge and operational insight directly informs how I lead.

Outside the office, I live in Marion, Indiana, with my wife, Kristina—an elementary teacher in our local public schools—and our four wonderful children. To recharge, I love going camping, playing tennis, and enjoying a fantastic cup of small-batch coffee.
