Prayer Lifeline: July 2026
Explore the Call
Your prayers are helping raise up the next generation of missionaries. After serving on a short-term trip to Albania, Jordan Riggenbach returned to serve for three months this spring. During that time, God continued confirming His call and deepening Jordan's passion for ministry. He is already planning future service opportunities and pursuing training as he explores long-term missionary service.
Pray that God would continue guiding Jordan's next steps. Ask the Lord to provide wisdom, preparation, and encouragement as he follows God's leading. Pray also that many others would respond to God's call and step forward to serve wherever He leads.
New Missionaries in Guatemala
Two mid-term missionaries arrived in Guatemala this month to begin serving alongside missionary Kate Dotterer. They will join her in mentoring and building healthy relationships with at-risk children and youth in the inner city.
Pray for these mid-term missionaries to be covered in the Lord’s protection and wisdom as they witness to the surrounding community. Ask Him to prepare the hearts of the children they will serve in Guatemala, and that the missionaries would have an open heart and gentle spirit.
Global Prayer Points for July
- On July 1, John Rinehimer officially stepped into his new role as president of World Gospel Mission. As you pray for WGM in this new season, ask God to surround each missionary and staff member with His protection and wisdom. Pray for more opportunities to participate in the Great Commission, and that God will work through WGM as He has for the past 116 years, drawing more people to His transforming love.
- Many missionaries are traveling during the summer to meet with ministry partners and continue building their support team. Please pray that the Lord will help them remain present with Him and find moments of rest in the midst of a busy season. As Him to protect them and their families from physical, emotional, and spiritual harm during this time.
