Prayer Lifeline: May 2025
Missionary Focus | Chrissy Greenwell, Mexico
Your prayers are moving God’s children to return to His presence! Chrissy’s church in Mexico hosts Taco Tuesday Club for families to attend, hear Bible stories, and practice memorizing scripture.
Some children have been frequently attending the club, and their mom noticed a shift in their behavior. The children began actively seeking out more Bible stories and listening to Christian music more often. They encouraged their mom to attend the church and, for the last several weeks, the mother has been attending their church, too!
Please pray for this family and their relationship with the Lord. Invite God to intervene in Chrissy’s community and for their hearts to be open to hear from Him.
Global Trips this Summer | Sixteen Teams
Praise the Lord for 16 short-term teams preparing to take trips this summer! As the team leaders begin making arrangements for their trips, please pray that God will direct them in conversations with the team and give them strength to serve well.
These teams will be made up of 187 individuals who are stepping forward in obedience to the Lord’s call. These trips are often a time when God calls team members to missions in a long-term capacity. Pray that the Lord will prepare the hearts of the team members to be listening to how God wants them to be used in the future.
Global Prayer Points for May
- Steve and Kelly Solheim have seen growth in the number of volunteers at Club Aslan! A former student has also become very involved with the club and serves with their new Student Link mentorship program. Please pray for the Solheims and the rest of the Honduras team as they continue sharing the Gospel with these young people, and ask that He will equip them with a gentle spirit.
- Eighteen women attended a women’s conference that Betsy Tejeda and her ministry team hosted in March! Several women said the retreat was refreshing and created an environment for them to nurture relationships and break free from the bondage of past hurts. Please pray that the work done in these women will prepare them to be used by God to reach others for His kingdom.
