Softened Hearts
Your prayers are changing hearts in Central America! Kate Dotterer, a missionary in Guatemala, has witnessed the Lord softening the hearts of some girls she has been mentoring. Jenny*, one of the girls, had bitterness and anger in her heart toward others, but Kate continued showing her love despite her hurtful behavior. Jenny told Kate she felt relieved that her actions did not affect Kate or God’s love for her.
Rejoice with us in the work being done in Jenny’s heart already! Your prayers are making an impact, but we invite you to pray for complete transformation in Jenny and the other girls Kate ministers to. Ask the Lord to soften the hearts of the Guatemalan people and to energize Kate as she serves the young people around her.

Missionary Travels
This month, many of our missionaries are traveling or celebrating holidays far from their family. As you gather with family and friends this month, pray for the missionaries to find comfort and understanding in their heavenly Father.
Ask the Lord to protect the missionaries who are traveling and surround them with peace as they draw near to Him. Please pray that the missionary kids will also turn to Him for patience and that their families would be unified by their purpose.
Global Prayer Points for December
- Last month, a woman started attending a Bible Study with Irving and Estefanía Marmolejo and has accepted Jesus as her savior! Praise God for the ministry in Mexico and how it’s impacting lives! Pray that the Lord will bless their family and the ministries they participate in.
- Praise God for the success of the frybread fundraiser held on one of the USA: Southwest Ministries field! The very generous donations that came from this fundraiser will enable the leaders to take several campers to Prescott, Arizona. Thank you for praying for this wonderful ministry! Please pray that the seeds planted through this ministry will continue to be watered for years to come.
