God is Moving in the Greater Middle East

In the midst of darkness, God is moving powerfully in unreached places where the light of Christ is often restricted.
I wanted to share an amazing story of how your gift made an incredible impact for two brothers seeking Jesus in the Greater Middle East.
Mustafaa is a believer from a Muslim family and lives in a region where it’s dangerous to be a Christian. He must pursue his faith in secrecy to avoid punishment, persecution, or being disowned from his family. But one fateful day, Mustafaa’s deepest secret could no longer be hidden…
“What are you looking for, Brother?” Mohammed said to his older brother, Mustafaa.
Mustafaa looked concerned. He was frantically searching for something in the bathroom, “Do not worry about it. It is okay,” he said to Mohammed.
“Are you looking for this Bible?” said Mohammed as he held up the Book.
Mustafaa looked into his younger brother’s eyes with fear. Mohammed just discovered the Bible that Mustafaa had been reading and hiding in the secret corners of their shared home!
The moment his Bible was found, Mustafaa thought the worst. “I know you will tell our family, and I will be kicked out in no time,” Mustafaa lamented.
“No, Brother, I will not tell anyone, because I believe in the same God!!!” proclaimed Mohammed. What began as fear turned into a beautiful, unbreakable bond of shared salvation.
How incredible!!! And you had a part in making this possible.
Because of your generous support, after God revealed Himself to Mohammed and Mustafaa, their family grew closer and grew in ministry!
That happened because the brothers strengthened their faith through WGM’s discipleship courses. They also gained valuable leadership training to help with underground churches. Today, Mohammed and Mustafaa lead four underground churches in Islamic North Africa!
