Lebanese Migrant Domestic Workers Fund

This fund will enable the purchase of basic medications (for hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, and pain, as well as creams for skin conditions) that domestic workers are not able to afford themselves. By purchasing these on the local market, we will also be benefiting small local pharmacies in a challenging economy.

With your help, these women’s lives will no doubt be extended beyond what would be likely given the diseases from which they suffer, and they will be stronger, healthier, and far less likely to have to resort to emergency room visits that they can ill afford. Thank you for allowing us to go beyond merely informing these women of their diagnosis to actually being able to provide medication to help improve their lives.
