C3 Facilities Manager

Qualifications
  • Transparent and high integrity leadership
  • High-level strategic thinking and planning. Ability to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future to the staff, WGM leadership, volunteers, and donors.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with donors, volunteers, and the overall community.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff.
  • Solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, and task facilitation.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making, and reporting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ministry Description

The Christian Community Center (C3) is looking for a facilities manager to oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and upgrades of facilities and grounds at the Christian Community Center. The facilities manager will work with volunteers, local contractors, or WGM staff to maintain the functional operation of facilities at C3. Opportunities in ministry can also include mentoring and teaching life and job skills workshops to at-risk youth and young adults.

The Christian Community Center is located on a 20-acre property in Peoria, AZ. C3’s mission is to give love, hope, and community to foster and adoptive children and young adults. We collaborate with nine different organizations to provide: housing, life skills training, education, job skills training, counseling, and spiritual care.
