Kenya & Uganda: UDM Campus/Student Worker
This role will help university and college students to equip an emerging generation of leaders for Africa and the world.
Qualifications
- Love for Students: Calling and desire to love and invest in the lives of Campus and college students in East Africa.
- Servant Leadership: A heart for God that is demonstrated in humility and love for people including staff, clients, and service providers.
- Evangelism and Discipleship: Experience in discipleship and mentorship will be an added advantage, especially with young people.
- Academic qualification and experience: Possess relevant training and experience in working with children and youth.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate and relate well, capacity to network and forge partnerships.

Ministry Description
The student worker will be involved in evangelism and discipleship in colleges and universities in Uganda or Kenya. He/she will work with a local leader to evangelize, disciple, equip, and deploy transformed students to be instruments of change in their families, communities, workplaces, nations, and the world. We are looking for individuals to join our team and be involved in relationship building and sharing their life and love of Jesus with these students through various activities—including Bible studies, small groups, festivals/concerts, games, music, sports, etc.
